Hi, my name is Patricia. I am a RECE and the Director here at Kudos2Kids. I have over 30 years of experience in all different age groups and curriculums. I hold several degrees and my sons are my finest accomplishment. Some of my interests are computers, reading, nature, farming, animals, education, charity, and spending time with my family. I am passionate about early learning and love being surrounded with children every day.

Peggy Sierzputowski
Cook & ECA
Hi, my name is Peggy and I am the Cook. I believe nutrition helps establish a foundation for healthy eating habits and has an important role to play in the growth and development of children. I have received my certificate in food handling safety, so I understand how to prepare, handle and store food safely. I enjoy being around my children, family, pets and being in nature. I have always enjoyed being around children and being a good role model. It is the most rewarding feeling to spend time taking care of children, playing with children and guiding them in positive ways.

Katrina McAleer
RECE
I have a BA degree from Wilfrid Laurier and my ECE diploma from Conestoga college. My learning philosophy is that children learn best when they are engaged and excited. Learning through play is a strong belief of mine and I love taking the interests of the children and exploring them with their natural curiosity. In my free time I love to paint, draw, needle felt, wood carving, and make jewelry. I am passionate about teaching children and making their learning environment inclusive, respectful, and engaging.
